Our current residential carpet cleaning pricing is based on the number and size of the rooms being cleaned. A standard room up to approximately 200 square feet is $75 for one room, $65 per room for two rooms, and $60 per room for three or more rooms. Larger rooms, stairs, hallways and other areas may be priced separately. Prime Time Chem-Dry has a $150 minimum service charge. We can provide more specific pricing based on the areas you would like cleaned.
How long does Chem-Dry carpet cleaning take to dry?
Chem-Dry carpets typically dry in about 1–2 hours, although actual drying time can vary depending on humidity, airflow, carpet type and how heavily soiled the carpet is. Our Hot Carbonating Extraction process uses significantly less moisture than traditional steam cleaning.
Can you remove dog urine from carpet?
Yes. Prime Time Chem-Dry offers treatment for pet urine and odor problems using Chem-Dry’s Pet Urine Removal Treatment, commonly known as P.U.R.T.®. We inspect the affected areas first because urine contamination can vary in severity. While many pet odor problems can be greatly improved or eliminated, results depend on how deeply the urine has penetrated and how long it has been present.
